It is never possible to give solid guarantees as to the maximum delivery time for any Vietnam visa. This is, in part, due to possible delays in the event of sample checks which may be carried out unexpectedly by the immigration department. Technical issues regarding the operation of the immigration department’s system for visa processing may also cause delays at times. This system may be offline for several hours or even days in the event of a technical malfunction or maintenance works. To a lesser extent, this also applies to the systems of Issues of this nature may equally occur when an urgent application is submitted.

Urgent applications are checked and processed with priority by, including on weekends and during public holidays. However, cannot exert any influence on immigration department processing times. No visa stamping fee upon arrival in Vietnam
