Requirements regarding your passport and nationality

To travel to Indonesia, you need a passport. You can apply for the e-visa Indonesia with a passport issued by the UK or an EU country, but also with the passport of some other countries, such as the Switzerland or Norway. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for the e-visa Indonesia, check your nationality and passport.

The passport you use to apply for the visa must be the same passport you use to travel to Indonesia. This must be a regular passport. So you cannot apply for the e-visa using an ID card, emergency passport, diplomatic passport or any other type of travel document. In addition, your passport must still be valid for at least 6 months at the time you leave Indonesia. Does your passport not meet these conditions? Then apply for a new passport before applying for a visa. You will need to provide a digital copy of your passport during the visa application process.

If we suspect any errors or omissions while doing so, we will personally contact you to ensure that your application can still be processed quickly and correctly. Our services have saved many travellers from major problems during their trip. Should an application be rejected despite our support and verification, we will refund the full purchase price (unless an application for a previous Indonesia visa was rejected for the same traveller).
